Snipe

A snipe is an adhesive strip that is used to update, change, correct or cover a portion of copy or area on an existing out-of-home (OOH) face or billboard advertisement. Snipes are typically printed on a sticky back material called self-adhesive. The protective backing is removed on location and the snipe is applied to the unit or structure’s advertisement like a giant sticker.
